Digital Signage
Banks and insurance
KBC relies on Centoview and our digital signage expertise
A bank lives on trust. On screen too.
KBC Group is a bank and insurer headquartered in Belgium, created in 1998 from the merger of Kredietbank, ABB Insurance and CERA Bank, and today also active in Eastern Europe – from the Czech Republic and Slovakia to Hungary and Bulgaria. In Wallonia, the bank operates under the CBC brand name. For years, the offices have been working to their satisfaction with our own software Centoview. At dgtgroup, we translate that scale and that relationship of trust into a digital signage network that communicates just as strongly and recognizably everywhere.
Powered by Centoview
The KBC signage network runs on Centoview, our CMS developed in Belgium. For years, that platform has ensured that the offices display an attractive mix of image types and engaging content, centrally managed and always up to date. In a sector where communication sometimes lies in small details – the opening hours of one branch being just a little different from another – and sometimes revolves around critical topics, such as legally required warnings about phishing, that reliability is not a luxury but a basic requirement. Centoview simply makes that workable.
From storefront to office
Over the years, we built out the network step by step. At the strategic storefronts and street-facing sides, we installed high-brightness screens that remain clearly visible even in bright daylight and draw passersby inside. In the offices themselves, a combination of portrait and landscape screens ensures the right message appears in the right place. In this way, the story continues from the street side into the waiting area, without ever stalling.
