Senior AV Engineer
Become the technical linchpin behind our most complex AV projects, from boardrooms for C-level meetings to hybrid spaces at universities.
What will you do?
As a Senior AV Engineer, you are responsible for the design and technical implementation of complex smart office and AV installations. Think meeting rooms, LED walls in showrooms, and hybrid lecture halls. You work together with our project managers, client IT, and end users to get every project just right.
- Technical design and audit of AV environments: signal flow, infrastructure, integrations with Teams/Zoom/Webex
- Hands-on commissioning of Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Bose and Logitech systems
- Client presentations: translate complex AV architecture into understandable language for IT managers and facility teams
- Guiding junior colleagues and advanced installation teams
- Providing continuous feedback to our software teams about integration with Centoview and Xperify
- On-site quality assurance during handover of strategic clients
Who are you?
You have at least 5 years of experience as an AV engineer or integrator in a professional environment.
You are technically strong, communicative, and you get energy from solving puzzles that others call “unusual”.
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise AV (meeting rooms, boardrooms, control rooms)
- Advanced knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS or Biamp programming environments
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex Rooms
- Strong knowledge of AV-IT integrations: VLAN, multicast, security policies
- Dutch, French and English: fluent spoken and written
- CTS, CTS-D or CTS-I certification is a major plus (but not required, we will guide you through it)
